Fred Parcesepe

Ant, Ronnie, and the rest of the boys who have made me feel as one of the members of your brotherhood. If you feel appropriate you can share this with Rays wife also.

As I have read your emails I can only imagine the pain felt by all...in my brief encounters with Ray, beginning back in the early 80's, I have nothing but fond memories...he was the kinda guy you just wanted to be around. During this difficult time one thing has kept popping up in my head...what Ray did with his life, What Ray would do for his friends and family...and a certain quote that hangs on my wall kept staring me in the face...That's Ray is all I kept saying...which, has prompted me to share it with you, because I feel Ray has exemplified this quote to a T...

"When we are really honest with ourselves, we must admit that our lives are all that really belong to us. So it is how we use our lives that determine what kind of men we are. It is my deepest belief that only be giving our lives do we find life. I am convinced that the truest act of courage, the strongest act of manliness, is to sacrifice ourselves for others in a totally NON-VIOLENT struggle for justice. To be a man is to suffer for others. God help us to be men." --Eric Homberger Erikson

Ray was a good man.
God Bless,
Cousin Fred
